SAE Return Policy


To return a Unit, contact us providing details (Username, Full Name, Unit, Problem, and a Return Address if you require another Unit) and we will then provide you with a Returns Reference number and a Returns Address.

Units sent back without authorisation will not be processed.

If the Unit arrives damaged then return the Unit to us and we will send out another one once we receive the damaged one. This has to be reported within 7 days of arrival.

At no point will we refund any postage costs.

All Units are check and tested before being dispatched, however if the Unit appears to be faulty then contact us.

If you do require a Refund then contact us providing details (Username, Full Name, Unit, Amount and PayPal Email Address) and we will then provide you with a Refunds Reference number.

Wrong Unit/s purchased will result in a 20% handling charge if a refund is requested.

Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.

Buyer will be responsible for charges where applicable when returning Unit/s to us for exchange.
